It should be easier to find untranslated labels without any suggestion

I want to help translating labels, without any particular project in mind.
If I go the translation tool and look for applications with untranslated labels, most of the time there are suggestions. So it takes a lot of time to find labels without any suggestion. That's a pity because those are labels are in need of translation and should be very easy to find. Currently the user is wasting a lot of time to find them, I don't think it's very productive, at least in my case.
