Bug Description

Older Ubuntu theme release replaced the index.ico with a ubuntu branded version; this is no longer the case.

Hi James, I'm not getting any hits for index.ico back to grizzly. Can you point me in the right direction?

Ok I found that. debian/theme/ubuntu/favicon-ubuntu.ico exists in stable/liberty but not in stable/mitaka.
