Bug Description

MAAS doesn't install wsmancli as a recommends, so on a fresh 1.9 b2 install, I am unable to control AMTv9 hardware out of the box. I must manually install wsmancli before MAAS can control my hardware.

wsmancli is in Universe and not in Main. It wont be supported in Main, hence it wont be a dependency. MAAS now has the ability to notify the user about the missing tool.

Why won't it be supported in main? This seems like a bit of a disconnect to have a tool that is aimed at seamlessly inserting and deploying hardware if it doesn't work out of the box with recent versions of AMT. Is there something we can do to get wsmancli promoted to Main?
