Bug Description

I have an nForce based Laptop which utilizes the GeForce Go 440 video hardware. Ive had 3d acceleration and compiz/beryl working via "desktop effects" in fiesty. Today i upgraded to Gusty and now i get constant banding/glitching and other visual artifacts on the left portion of the display.

If you have OpenGL acceleration available on Nvidia hardware, you're almost certainly using the non-free, proprietary Nvidia driver, which AFAIK is explicitly not supported.

In order to help this bug getting fixed, can you provide a screenshot of the problem and the output of this command in a terminal? : cat /etc/X11/xorg.conf | grep -A 4 'Section "Device"'

Issue seems to be resolved, as of several months ago. My apologies for the
