[gutsy] using dual monitor, the DPI seems to change on one of the monitors

Bug Description
I have a 12.1" laptop.
Today when I connected to a Dell 19" LCD 1907pfv, using displayconfig-gtk with laptop at 1280x800 and the dell LCD at 1280x1024, it makes my laptop lcd characters smaller.
It looks like the DPI has changed, but as far as I can see on the Appearance menu, i still have 96DPIs. Not sure if this is correct for both.
