df-db tool is missing python-path for db drivers folder

Bug Description
The df-db tool doesn't have python path for db driver folder - /dragonflow/
Need to add to the PYTHONPATH variable the drivers folder - export PYTHONPATH=
After manually running the export command from the df-db folder, the df-db tool manage to access the rethinkDB.
