When using static IP, broadcast IP is not saved between boots

Bug Description

Kubuntu Gutsy RC1: To use a static IP, I have to open the Advanced settings in the Properties and change the Broadcast IP to the static IP. Then I'm connected with the static IP. However, the Broadcast value is not saved between boots and reverts to x.x.x.255. I have to change it with every boot.
