Bug Description
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Take the latest MOS 8.0 image
2. Deploy environment with 3 controllers and 2 compute nodes, Ceph for all, Neutron VLAN, Ceilometer, Murano and Sahara installed
3. Run OSTF. OSTF will fail
4. Login to controller node and execute 'haproxy-status.sh'
Observed Result:
root@node-1:~# haproxy-status.sh
2015/12/15 09:58:06 socat[14574] E connect(3, AF=1 "/var/lib/
OSTF test failed:
Check state of haproxy backends on controllers (failure) Some haproxy backend has down state.. Please refer to OpenStack logs for more details.
