Bug Description

Binary package hint: rhythmbox

Steps to repeat:
Enable crossfading and restart rhythmbox. Start a song playing and then pause it. Close rhythmbox and it will play a tiny bit more music.

Thank you for your bug. Setting as wishlist, it's a tiny details and upstream material, should be sent to bugzilla.gnome.org by somebody noticing this less than a second delay on his configuration

This should not be wishlist as it is a bigger problem: crossfading doesn't work with pausing. See duplicate bug 156354.

I wasn't able to reproduce this issue with rhythmbox 0.11.2-1+b1, do you set a special crossfading time?, if so will you please tell me which one, so i could try to reproduce. By the way i don't experience bug #156354 either, this under an up to date Hardy Heron.

I'm using Rhythmbox 0.11.2-0ubuntu4 with 1.0 second delay crossfading delay, Gutsy and Intel Corporation 82801EB/ER (ICH5/ICH5R) AC'97 Audio Controller. I don't have possibility to check this with Hardy Heron.

this was a bug in gutsy, cant reproduce in hardy. im guessing someone fixed it.

by the way, there's many fixes related to the cross-fade plugin in the changelog, but i was unable to determine which one actually solve this problem.
