Bug Description

I am running gutsy beta which has been upgraded via the update manager since 6.06. I have been compiling wine from source (as the packaged wines are not always up to date) since 6.06 on ubuntu amd64. Since the upgrade to gutsy the configure script doesn't work anymore, and I'm not familiar enough with the build processes to say why.

Steps to reproduce:
- Install required dependencies (listed here: http://wiki.winehq.org/WineOn64bit)
- Download latest wine source (0.9.47 - I also got the same results with 0.9.45 but I suspect it is any version)
- Unpack source
- Run ./configure

Expected results:
- configure runs ok as it used to on feisty

Actual results:
- configure fails with:
....
checking for C compiler default output file name...
configure: error: C compiler cannot create executables
See `config.log' for more details.

Looks like a new package has been introduced in gutsy for building 32 bit apps on amd64 - adding the gcc-multilib package fixed my problem.

Setting invalid - was just missing the new gcc-multilib package. Will suggest an update for wine's wiki.
