Bug Description

While viewing the doc as HTML online, the images are very large, Images must be responsive or according to width of the browser window. It creates inconvenience for readers. Use has to scroll horizontally in order to view the image.

This needs to be done in operations-guide for the specific example, this is fine for other images, but here the wrong XML markup is used.
