Cyrillic (Russian Winkeys) input does not work in gnome-terminal

Bug Description

It works yestarday (October 14), but after last morning October 15 update I can't type with the russian (winkeys) layout in gnome-terminal. My locales are:

Which version of ubuntu are you running? is this still an issue with hardy?
