Bug Description

1. Burn recent Live CD (15.10.2007)
2. Put in CD/DVD drive
3. Reboot
4. Choose to start Ubuntu Live CD
5. Status bar appears, nothing happens. In ALT+F1, few errors about PCI and Floppy appears, but nothing significant.
6. Reboot computer again
7. This time, choose F6 to modify launch string to add 'hw-detect/start_pcmcia=false'
8. Everything loads just fine and I can install Ubuntu

This error I have got for last three releases on various computers. What is reason of this bug? Does anyone cares to fix it? What data is needed for diagnose it?

Computer is Celeron D 1.8 Ghz with 512 MB, DVD/CD-RW combo.
