E: /var/cache/apt/archives/kde4base-data_3.94.0-0ubuntu1_all.deb: trying to overwrite `/usr/lib/kde4/share/kde4/services/renimagedlg.desktop', which is also in package kde4addons-data

here is a work around.
you create a directory services in /usr/lib/kde4/share/kde4/ and than create the file "renimagedlg.desktop" in services/
commandline: sudo mkdir /usr/lib/kde4/share/kde4/services
                        sudo touch /usr/lib/kde4/share/kde4/services/renimagedlg.desktop
than run: sudo apt-get -f install

Try this, please " sudo bash " (importan is, it's running a rootshell!)
" mkdir /usr/lib/kde4/share/kde4/services " <--- this directory must be present.
" touch /usr/lib/kde4/share/kde4/services/renimagedlg.desktop " <--- this file must be present.
" dpkg --force-all -i /var/cache/apt/archives/kde4base-data_3.94.0-0ubuntu1_all.deb "
" apt-get -f install "

Hi, thomasm...Thanks for your time & efforts with this matter which is
solved. (joy) Know I can address the following problems:

*writing/ntfs-3g to external (ntfs) drive change from root to user; also
win C: root.

*Fdisk, Ftab, mount, proc...all see my external drive as sdd and/or sdc.

*Sound... e.g. bluetooth mic, & in dual app´s

* upgrade to gusty beta.
