date: invalid date `2007-10-14'
/etc/cron.daily/apt: 184: arithmetic expression: syntax error: "1192500000-"
run-parts: /etc/cron.daily/apt exited with return code 2

I have the same message here. I think it's about timezone changes in Brazil.
Have this message every day both in Gutsy (desktop) and Dapper (server) since 2007-10-15.
Brazil's SummerTime began at 14th. By the way, I'm using here, both in Gutsy and Dapper, the package tz-brazil.

I have reinstalled tz-brasil package and the problem apparently disappeared.
