Bug Description
Using Ubuntu MATE 15.10 (MATE 1.10.2).
For reasons that elude me, in the Ambiant-MATE and Radiant-MATE icon themes, the document-open (action) icon shows an orange folder in the context menus (e.g. right click on a folder and see the "open" action) and the indicators menus (e.g. Transmission indicator) instead of the green one. It looks like it's used from the Humanity icon theme.
The strange thing is that 1) document-open is indeed present in Ambiant-MATE, as 16, 24 and 32 SVG icons and 2) it shows as orange in Icon Library but as green when showing properties there. Maybe a cache issue but I've tried to rebuild it with no change.
Not sure the context menu is using document-open, maybe it's looking for gtk-open or fileopen but the way Icon Library displays it as orange is a bit weird.

Ok, found the origin of the issue: the menus are indeed looking for gtk-open in actions/16 rather than document-open. Doing a symlink from document-open.svg to gtk-open.svg in that folder and rebuilding the cache fixes it.
Not sure it's needed in other sizes than 16 but as the Humanity theme has it in sizes 16, 24 and 48, it might be a good idea to override them in Ambiant-MATE and Radiant-MATE.
