Bug Description
Unable to select content to import to another app, due to there being the "Transfer in progress" dialog overlaying the UI. See attached image.
I noticed this when trying to add an attachment in Dekko. Not sure if this is a docviewer or content-hub issue as I don't see the dialog when trying to import content from another app such as gallery.
