Bug Description

Ubuntu Mate 16.04 alpha 2:

In the Mate Tweak tool under the Windows tab, enabling 'Do not show window content when moving windows' and then dragging the window upwards to snap will cause a crash/hang of the session.

Ubuntu Mate 15.10:

In the Mate Tweak took under the Windows tab, enabling 'Less Resources' and then dragging the window upwards to snap will cause a crash/hang of the session.

I confirmed the other bug as it is a duplicate of this one, but in 16.04 the checkbox label was changed.

Still crashed for me with these steps.

1) Enable 'Do not show window content when moving windows'
2) Switch to Marco (Compton)
3) Switch to Marco (No compositor)
4) Snap above
5) Crash
