Cannot upgrade from Gutsy beta to final

Bug Description

Binary package hint: kubuntu-desktop

I upgraded from kubuntu Feisty to Gutsy beta release. When Gutsy final came out, adept_manager tells me there is a new version, however after disabling my third party sources, it tells me the system is up to date. The version upgrade button still appears every time I update the sources.

I did a clean install of Kubuntu Gutsy beta (AMD64) and now that the final version is out I have the same problem.

I have the same problem on 3 different machines--one with a clean install of Gutsy beta, and the other two were upgrades to gutsy beta.

This bug seems to have been fixed for me in one of the recent upgrades. Is anyone else still having this problem?

I have the same problem ..I think its related to AMD64 related version upgrade problem.
X86 M/c didnot give the problem at all.
But, X86_64 is giving me this problem.
and I dont see the fix ? could some body give me the fix?
