Hmm the new verison seems to work, thought it is not released!
I compiled it myself with the newest wxwidgets version from apt.wxwidgets.org
and with thenewest svn version from rapidsvn and it works again...

hope they release a new stable verison soon because it is a lot more work to compile it on all my new ubuntu PCs/Notebooks
