Bug Description
After upgrading from Feisty to Gutsy my clock has been running at 5x the normal speed and this is affecting pretty much everything.
It's impossible to double-click (regardless of application) because the time between clicks is passing too quickly.
It's difficult to type (regardless of application) because the repeat rate is too high.
Animated cursors are playing back too fast.
Animated icons in Firefox are playing back too fast.
It's impossible to use mouse gestures in Firefox because they keep timing out.

Resolved with a BIOS upgrade.
This was on a Abit NF-M2S motherboard.
I had the problem when running BIOS ID 11 and the problem vanished with BIOS ID 17.
