Bug Description
Binary package hint: silky
This is not a bug actually, but the silky package requires libsilc-1.0-2 which is not present in the Gutsy repositories. Gutsy is present in universe. Using the Feisty libsilc-1.0-2 package fixes the issue. Using silky 0.5.4-0.1 (gutsy).
