Bug Description
Ubuntu Gutsy 7.10
$ whois 83.212.216.252
fgets: Connection reset by peer
$ whois 83.212.200.1
fgets: Connection reset by peer
After 5 minutes it was working again (i.e. outputing the whois information), I don't know if it was a one-time or something else, no upgrades have been done in between.
