This package is a build dependency of a11y-profile-manager, which cannot be moved to main until this package is available: See bug #1552507.

- Needs a team bug subscriber.
- Tests aren't run, with a "test does not work" comment. Is that packaging laziness or are the upstream tests really just broken?
- It build-depends on a hard-coded libvala version, which will be a problem as new vala versions come out. It should probably just be a depends on the virtual libvala-dev (which usually is a no-no....). Not a blocker, but will likely annoy us at some point.

Seems even tests in upstream git are broken, so it seems at this point its not due to laziness...

After discussing with Seb, it is decided to drop this as a build dep and ship the docs in the tarball.
