totem freezes when launching mp3 or ogg vorbis

Bug Description

Binary package hint: totem

I ran Feisty and Totem was ok

Then i've installed Ubuntu Gutsy Tribe 5 (after formating my system) and since i have this bug with totem-gstreamer :

Totem works well with video files but freezes with audio files (i've tried with mp3 and ogg vorbis)
It also slows my whole system (my hard disk start seeking a lot and windows doesn't respond or very slowly)
It happens when i left click on a file but also if i right click(->open in totem) on it

This bug is still there (Gutsy beta, RC and final)

No matter if compiz is activated or not.

I have an ATI Radeon 8500 card with free drivers so this bug seems different from bug # 136801 ?

i'd like to precise that Rythmbox works well with mp3/ogg vorbis so codecs seems ok, and that totem-xine has no problem with ogg vorbis

the problem has gone !

Totem finally works : i guess it has been recently fixed, unless these packages i've recently installed solve the bug : PulseAudio, PulseAudio-esound-compat and libasound2-plugins (packages installed to get back audio preview in nautilus http://frederic.bezies.free.fr/blog/?p=602 ) ?
