Bug Description
Binary package hint: update-manager
Attempting to upgrade from 7.10 beta to 7.10 final of Kubuntu, I received an error stating that there are no upgrades available for my system and the upgrade will be cancelled. At the beginning of the upgrade process, I was informed that a new version was available and I should install it.
