Bug Description

Please backport identity4c 1.0-1 (universe) from xenial-proposed to precise, trusty.

Reason for the backport:
========================
Backporting new functionality. Library allows integration and/or development of applications to the UFP Identity service providing robust, strong, dynamic authentication.

Testing:
========
Mark off items in the checklist [X] as you test them, but please leave the checklist so that backporters can quickly evaluate the state of testing.

You can test-build the backport in your PPA with backportpackage:
$ backportpackage -u ppa:ufpidentity/identity4c -s xenial -d precise identity4c
$ backportpackage -u ppa:ufpidentity/identity4c -s xenial -d trusty identity4c

* precise:
[X] Package builds without modification
[X] libufpidentity1 installs cleanly and runs
[X] libufpidentity-dev installs cleanly and runs
* trusty:
[X] Package builds without modification
[X] libufpidentity1 installs cleanly and runs
[X] libufpidentity-dev installs cleanly and runs

No reverse dependencies

I can provide technical assistance in terms of understanding how to configure a PAM module for testing. There is a test application in the original source. Credentials are required for using the service and can be provided.

Testing on precise, trusty and xenial has already been performed with ppa's and VM's
