Bug Description
The neutron CLI will be deprecated at some point in the future [1] and replaced by commands inside the OpenStack CLI [1][2].
The bgpvpn neutron CLI extension will have to be replaced by an Openstack CLI plugin [3]. The work essentially consists in implementing, in the networking-bgpvpn project, classes inheriting from OSC base classes (in the osc_lib package), and declaring entry points in setup.cfg (see example at [4])
