Bug Description
Hi,
after installing (fresh install from CD) and choosing the kernel, the splash-screen isn't displayed. When editing the boot-options and removing the "splash"-Option from commandline, the system boots up normal...

You haven't specified anything on how this bug could be reproduced. Could you try Hardy live CD to see if this is still an issue?
