[gutsy] evince can not go to next page using scroll wheel

Bug Description
Binary package hint: evince
When reading a PDF, I can not go to the next (or previous) page by using my scroll wheel. I believe this is quite undesirable behavior to have to use the Next Page button or Page Down key. If I remember correctly Feisty's evince had the ability of utilizing the scroll wheel.
(xpdf and Acrobat allow using the scroll wheel to navigate thru-page and by-page)
