Bug Description
Testing iso: Install (manual partitioning) in Xubuntu Desktop i386 in Xenial Daily.

Install goes smoothly, but at the end, there was no prompt to remove the installation media (the DVD). The drive opened, so something triggered the expected hardware action. The installation finished with a full-screen TTY showing the last couple of lines from the initial bootup (GUI was shut down). Computer is Lenovo Thinkpad T510.
