add upgrade to a cd install in boot menu

Bug Description
When you install ubuntu, the first screen lists several things such as;
install ubuntu
install ubuntu in safe mode
oem install for manufactures
mem check
I would like to see a upgrade listed as well. This would speed up the install time as you would have to go to the desktop and do the install from there.
