Bug Description
Ubuntu server 16.04 beta 2 ,
can not install xen.
Installation operating system
I use :
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
sudo apt-get install xen-hypervisor-
sudo reboot
Reboot Tip：
Begin Running /scripts/
Volume group "ubuntu-vg" not found
Cannot process volume group ubuntu-vg
done.

First, thank you for giving the exact steps you used. However, I was unable to reproduce in 16.04 VM.
There isn't really enough information here for a developer to confirm this issue is a bug, or to begin working on it, so I am marking this bug Incomplete for now.
If you can provide exact steps so that a developer can reproduce the original problem, then please add them to this bug and change the status back to New.
