Bug Description
After rebooting my system this error started showing.I have recently started this libvirt service and it was not installed completley .

That error is usually seen when someone has switched /usr/bin/python to python3. Ubuntu 15.10 requires /usr/bin/python to be python2.7
Please execute the following command, which should confirm that theory (and putting it back to linking to /usr/bin/python2.7 should fix things up if so)
