Bug Description

Ubuntu 15.10

just run: sudo apt-get install tomcat7

results in failure.
I would have like it to work...

Hi,
we really should add more readable debug output to the service.
The problem is that after install it wants to start it with the default configuration which seems to fail on some systems.

I'd think that upgrading from (no more supported) Wily to Xenial should help.
Please let us know it it does not.

I think this is a dup, but we need more data/feedback to sort things out.
I hope dup'ing more into one bug we have a better chance to get some traction.
