Upgrade to gutsy - Gnome-cups-manager left installed causes conflict

Bug Description

It conflicts with new printer manager. Had to manually uninstall gnome-cups-manager after reading up on gutsy. I had upgraded from feisty.

I can confirm this bug. The user is left with two "Printers" entry in System->Administration and two panel applet everytime he prints.

gnome-cups-manager should be autoremoved if it hasn't been explicitly installed by user on Gutsy.
