Bug Description

My device is in a state where sync-monitor would never release the wakelock and with that causes battery drain.

It could be related to the fact that I have gotten an error message some days ago that my account credentials expired and I'd need to set them up again. My feeling is that the battery drain started around the same time, but I'm not sure if that's really the cause.

Directly after a reboot I get this output from powerd and it never goes away:

phablet@ubuntu-phablet:~$ powerd-cli list
powerd-cli: Running as user is not fully supported.
System State Requests:
  Name: sync-monitor-wakelock, Owner: :1.81, State: 1
