Bug Description
On Unbuntu 7.04 (kernel 2.6.20-15, kernel 2.6.20-16) and 7.10 (kernel 2.622-14), my dvd recorder Sony DRU 810A firmware 1.0f does not respond if I boot without quite splash but with a CD/DVD in tray or when tray is open.
I have this messages in /var/log/message file
hdb: status error: status=0x59 { DriveReady SeekComplete DataRequest Error }
hdb: status error: error=0x00 { }
ide: failed opcode was: unknown
It repeats every half second until system shutdown.
