Bug Description

Binary package hint: metacity

Quite often (every few minutes) my mouse behaviour changes. Clicking an open window does not give that window focus. If I click a non-focused window and then use the keyboard or mouse, the events are passed to the last application that (still) has focus. The newly clicked window does not receive focus. I am able to use ALT-TAB to change focus, and the window receives it normally.

I am now running Hardy and have not seen this issue occur, though it was a fresh install and not an upgrade. As I can't reproduce it I think the bug should be closed. Thanks for following up!
