Bug Description
Not everyone save received bug notifications, so when they get a bug notification, it's hard to see what the bug is really about. There should be a preference to choose to have the bug description included in all bug notications.
The description should be added to the footer.

As discussed with ~gmb on irc, the +editmails (Change e-mail settings) page might have been a better place to put the setting. I'm not opening a new bug for now, since assuming it works as expected, this particular change is not that important or urgent.
