Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-panel

These are my problems when I tried to upgrade from fesity to gutsy,
the reasons why this error I have no idea

E: Dynamic MMap ran out of room
E: An error occurred while processing transcode (NewVersion1)
E: Problem with MergeList /var/lib/apt/lists/cl.archive.ubuntu.com_ubuntu_dists_feisty_multiverse_binary-i386_Packages
E: We could not analyze or open the package list or file state
