random freezing and emitting weird sound

Bug Description
When using Ubuntu Feisty Fawn, the whole system suddenly freezes and the speakers emit a wierd sound. A static sound in pulses, like shhk shhk shhk shhk. I happens almost every session now. If you want i can try record it on video and email the clip to you?
