$ fglrxinfo
display: :0.0 screen: 0
OpenGL vendor string: ATI Technologies Inc.
OpenGL renderer string: ATI MOBILITY FireGL V5200
OpenGL version string: 2.0.6747 (8.40.4)

When I have Evolution _maxmized_ with _keyboard focus on the list of messages_, and then start or swap to another application that covers the folder tree, and then swap back, the folder tree is not drawn, the area is just white. Unmaximizing the windows will make it redraw properly. No visual effects enabled.

I'll attach a screenshot if possible.

If I create ~/.config/xserver-xgl/disable, logout and login again, I cannot reproduce this issue.

I actually just noticed that exactly the same issue happens with the channel tree in XChat!
