Bug Description

Hi !
I am trying to use virtualbox with the rt kernel given with Ubuntu gutsy but I have a complete freeze (including the host system ; hard reboot) just before the Windows XP splash screen appears.
I have not this bug with the generic kernel.

This sounds like bug 156740 ("missing realtime kernel"), although the freeze looks strange: it appears as if virtualbox-ose causes a lockup during looking for the kernel module..
I'm marking this as duplicate.
I've linked a package for i386 from there - you may want to try it.

it is because I have compiled the module from the sources.
I'm gonna try the .deb from the the other bug. thanks :)
