Bug Description

Hi, the title pretty much sums it up.

If fsck is done without noapic, it just goes to a random percentage (most times high, some times slow) and everything freezes. Not even the SysRq works.
With noapic, it works flawlessly.

Hi,

Unfortunately, I don't have the laptop on which this problem occurred anymore.

My current laptop never had this problem.

Just for the record, my previous laptop was a HP Pavlion dv6258se and my current one is a Dell Vostro 1400.
