Bug Description
There is no copy of the Python license distributed with pkginfo. Without the full license, it's difficult to determine if I am complying with the terms of the license for this software. Would it be possible to include the full license in the repository?

I used the PSF license thinking that the library might end up in Python's stdlib itself. I should probably dual-license it with another "permissive" license (MIT/BSD/Apache), as the PSF license doesn't make much sense for third-party projects.
