Bug Description
Seen when we looked at bug #1597549: The dashboard template page is shown as "Untitled" under Config site -> Share. It doesn't throw an error, but it should not be displayed either.
When I changed the copying permissions and the access permissions, it was set up as regular page in the site admin and people could still get their dashboard.
