Bug Description

Synaptic doesn't install any JRE or JDK if you select Eclipse to install.

So if you start Eclipse, the following error happens:

A Java Runtime Environment (JRE) or Java Development Kit (JDK)
must be available in order to run Eclipse. No Java virtual machine
was found after searching the following locations:
/usr/lib/j2sdk1.4-sun/bin/java
