no way to specify meta-project bug tracker

Bug Description
The AGRIP meta-project was recently created for me and I have been filling in the details.
One problem I've come across is that there is no way to specify that Launchpad is used as the bug tracker (all of the subprojects use it as their tracker and I'd like it to be the default).
I was told by kiko (Christian Reis) to report this as a bug.
Assuming it is fixed, does this mean that people will be able to report bugs to AGRIP (which would make no sense as it's an abstract entity), or does it mean that they will be asked which subproject to report the bugs to first (as is currently the case)? I got the impression from reading around on Launchpad that setting a bug tracker for the project would simply make it the default for subprojects (which is what I want).
