Bug Description
What happens:
I want to subscribe to bug #59695.
I type the number into the search field and am redirected to https:/
Even though I was logged in a moment ago, it says I'm logged out. I try to log in and I get a 404. I try to subscribe and I get a 404
What I expect:
I expect to be able to subscribe to this bug. I expect to be logged in.
